Just as with the riddles scattered around the three islands of Batman: Arkham Knight, there are tons of small green trophies for Batman to collect during his grim adventure. Some are obvious even to players rushing through the game, while others are hidden so well you may not see them even if they’re pointed right out.
Since there are so many trophies to be found in Batman: Arkham Knight, we’re going to split them up by island, just to make your search a bit easier. Keep in mind that sometimes the Batmobile is need to access certain trophies, so you will need to complete the story mission City of Fear to gain vehicle access to all areas. Also, you may need a certain gadget for particular ones as well, if this happens, just continue the main story until you obtain it. To avoid any headaches, you can also just wait until you’ve completed the main story before tackling the mission of obtaining all Batman: Arkham Knight‘s Riddler trophies.
#1
To the left of the clerks desk in the GCPD building is where you can snatch up this one.
#2
Head south-east from the clock tower and you’ll find a boat house. There is a small walkway right next to it and the trophy can be find right under it. You will need to use the Batclaw to obtain this one.
#3
Head south-west from that same clock tower and you will find the next trophy on a ledge inside of a rundown building.
#4
This one is located under the bridge heading towards the ACE Chemicals plant. You will find it by some canisters.
#5
You will find this one on top of the tall, red ACE Chemicals tower.
# 6
Head north from Langstrom’s lab and you will find a tall building. The trophy is located behind a destructible wall on the top floor.
#7
There is also a shed just north of Langstrom’s lab. You will find another trophy inside.
#8
Just east of that same lab is another destructible wall for you to use your explosives on.
#9
In the center of the island is a warehouse. In that warehouse (who’s doors you can blast open) is a high walkway. Your trophy is up on that walkway.
#10
Head to the northern shipyard where you will see a huge container being suspended by a crane. Glide on inside that container to snag this trophy.
#11
Head to the Panessa Studios helipad, then go down the short stairs nearby. You will find a hole that you can enter on your right. Your trophy awaits you there.
#12
Find the northernmost building at Panessa Studios and your trophy will be behind a destructible wall situated at the top.
#13
There is another destructible wall on the back of that same building. Destroy it for your trophy.
# 14
Around Merchant Bridge is a house sitting cozily by the water. The trophy you seek can be found right in front of that house.
#15
Head over to the Easter Lighthouse (it’s red and white with a light on top) and find the gardening shed. Your trophy lies inside.
#16
Head to the Kord building in the Cauldron area of Bleake Island, then take your Batmobile to the road that goes underneath. Shoot the destructible ceiling overhead and use your Batclaw to obtain this trophy.
#17
Head to the Mendo Soap building (you’ll find it quickly once in the area), and make your way to the skyway. You’ll find your trophy in the northwest section.
Riddler Puzzle Trophies
What are the Riddler Puzzle trophies you ask? Well, these are the trophies you stumble across that require a bit of thinking to acquire. Depending on which one you’re after, you’ll have to stand on switches, hit targets, lead monkeys (yeah, seriously), glide, or maybe even a combination of all. Don’t worry though, we’ve got you covered.
#1
Right under the location of the non-puzzle #17 trophy is a street puzzle involving a switch, and requiring your Batmobile. Simply hit the switch using your Batarang so that you can enter. Afterwards, remote control your Batmobile in order to pull the walls out of your way using the winch.
#2
Head to the northwest wall of the main Panessa Studios building. Nestled in some grass will be a large pressure plate that can only be triggered by the Batmobile. Park on top then enter Battle Mode. There are many Riddler Switches surrounding the dome guarding the trophy. Shoot them as they light up and the dome will open, allowing you to collect your trophy using the Batclaw.
#3
Head over to the rooftop closest to the Merchant Bridge. There should be a node where you can attach the Batmobile’s power winch. Charge it up then get ready to move. A timer will appear and you’ll need to hurry over to the Chinatown location that was just opened, or else you’ll have to repeat the process (it’s located atop a building near the center of Chinatown).
#4
This one is pretty difficult and will take multiple uses of the Batmobile. First, pull out the slab using the power winch (attach and then reverse), then hop out of the Batmobile and apply some of your trusty explosive gel to that same slab. Return to the Batmobile to push the slab back in. Detonate the gel, and then once more pull the slab out. You will now be able to safely slide into the space created by your explosion and collect your trophy.
#5
This puzzle can be located just south of the difficult one above. Use the Batmobile’s winch to pull back the spring in order to launch the trophy into the prize slot where you can walk up and collect it. Nice to have a simple one every now and then, right?
#6
To the Northwest of Bleake Island is a bridge. On the Chinatown side of that bridge (south of the entrance) is a small building with a green block on the side. Use the Batmobile to move that block, exit the vehicle, and then walk up and claim your prize.
#7
You will need to have the Batmobile’s sonar ability for this, so you will have to progress at least up until the point where you work with Poison Ivy to even attempt obtaining this trophy. Drive to the ledge indicated on the map (it’s right by where you drove up the wall in one of the main story missions) and look for the Riddler sonar device. Ping it in order to trigger a series of glowing, green question marks for you to follow. They will lead you down the building, into a tunnel, out to a canal and then under a bridge. Here you will find a destructible wall. Destroy it and claim your trophy.
#8
Make sure you have the Batmobile EMP upgrade for this one. If you head over to the side of Panessa Studios you’ll find a tunnel under the building. Follow it until you reach a forcefield. There is a nearby generator that you can latch onto with your Batmobile in order to charge up your EMP and then trigger it to disrupt the forcefield. Immediately launch yourself out of the Batmobile then use your line launcher to make yourself a perch right over the forcefield before it reappears. There should now be lighted question marks for you to hit with your Batarangs in order to unlock the trophy.
#9
In the center of the Panessa Studios parking lot is a puzzle tower that is much easier to solve than it looks. Simply attach your Batmobile’s winch to the side and rotate the tower until all of the switches are exposed. Next, hit all of the switches (which you should be used to by now), and that will unlock your Riddler trophy.
# 10
You will require the Voice Synthesizer gadget to obtain this one. Batman will gain access to this device during his encounter with Harley Quinn and her goons. On the roof of the Panessa Studio you will find a singular Riddler Bot beside two pressure pads. Use the voice synthesizer to guide it to one pad while Batman goes to stand on the other. Make sure not to be spotted or the Voice Synthesizer won’t work.
#11
Look for the green lighted train and latch onto it using the Batmobile’s winch. Pull the train back, then exit and head behind to find your Riddler trophy hidden in a grate.
#12
This one will require the Batmobile and some quick shooting. Head down the train yard where you will come across a puzzle with 5 switches safe behind a powerful glass wall. Use the winch to lower them all the way then release them and prepare to shoot. You may have noticed that there are circles cut into the glass that line up with the switches at certain heights, you need to shoot the switches as they pass. The order you need to shoot them in (so you don’t waste time being frustrated) is second from left, far right, far left, second from right, and center.
#13
For this one you will need the Remote Electrical Charge. Between the Clocktower and a road block is a container with two wheels, a generator, and a point where you can attach your Batmobile’s winch. Use the Batmobile to pull the two wheels close together, than use the Remote Electrical Charge to power the whole thing up, opening the gate to the side that houses your Riddler trophy.
#14
You will need both the Remote Hacking Device and the Voice Synthesizer. To obtain both of these you will need to be around halfway through the main story. Once you have them head on over to the top of a tall building near the Bleake Island Bank where you’ll see a Riddler Bot along with two turrets under a glass floor. Have the bot disable one turret while you go ahead and disable the other using the hacking device. Then quickly order the bot to take the trophy outside of the glass so you can steal it.
#15
Time for some good old fashioned brawling to obtain this Riddler trophy. On a building near the middle of Chinatown you will find a group of Riddler Bots just begging for a fight. Defeat them then hit the switch glowing in the area. Every time you hit the switch the bots will revive, For each bot you defeat a light around the trophy will glow, so keep defeating the bots and reviving them until you are able to obtain your trophy.
#16
Inside of a warehouse across from the bridge that takes players to Ace chemicals is a switch that has an up arrow above it. Hit the switch with a batarang to raise the containers in the room revealing a trophy. When you do this some armed Riddler Bots will appear and they are pretty dangerous. Use a Remote Batarang to find the switch with a down arrow in order to crush them.
#17
You will once again need the Voice Synthesizer. Use it on the Riddler Bot in the area in order to get it to walk across the electrified ground to grab the trophy for you and bring it to safety. Now defeat your new minion and claim what’s yours.
There you have it, some easy trophies for you to pick up. Green is a beautiful color, and we’re sure all of these trophies would look great adorning the crevices of Batman’s cave.
